A graduate of the Université du Québec à Montréal’s Department of Theatre Studies (2013) and the National Theatre School of Canada’s Stage Direction program (2016), Solène Paré has broadened her practice of stage direction through fine arts and gender studies. Over the course of her career, she has focused both on writing for the stage and on directing contemporary works. She founded the creative company Fantôme in 2017 and, the following year, began a three-year residency at ESPACE GO, where she sits on the management committee for theatrical equity.
