Chelsea Rus

Chelsea Rus is a graduate of McGill University and a winner of the Wirth Vocal Prize. She recently sang Frasquita in Carmen (Brott Opera and Orchestre symphonique de Longueuil) and a Flower Maiden in Parsifal (Orchestre Métropolitain at the Festival de Lanaudière). Projects last season included appearances as a soloist in Heavenly Messiah (Orchestre symphonique de Laval), Poperetta (McGill Chamber Orchestra), and Women’s Memoirs (Chœur de Laval and Orchestre symphonique de Laval). In 2017/18, Chelsea will appear as Il Pastore in Tosca (Opéra de Montréal), Lena in Svadba (Atelier lyrique), as a soloist in Da Ponte bien culotté (Orchestre symphonique de l’Agora), and as Nadia in La Veuve joyeuse (Sinfonia de Lanaudière).
