A global tradition in which the ultimate goal is to celebrate! On February 28th, 2017, the Opéra de Montréal, in collaboration with the Casino de Montréal, invites you to its Mardi gras: a unique experience to benefit the arts and families in need.

Total, absolute, comprehensive, whole… Opera is the most complete form of art. It is in keeping with this concept of wholeness that the Opéra de Montréal’s legendary Mardi Gras will take place.

Oriol Thomas, stage director at the Opéra deMontréal, will bring together experts from the fields of gastronomy, opera and entertainment into its Phantom of the Opera world. A festive opportunity to celebrate, in support of Moisson Montréal and the Opéra de Montréal.

Event musical programming: Der Holle Rache (The Magic Flute), The Bell Song (Lakmé), Duo du Fantôme de l'Opéra, Largo al Factotum (Barber of Seville), Les tringles des sistres tintaient (Carmen) and many others!
