Before the curtain goes up on opening night, everything must be just right: this is why a dress rehearsal is so important. As the artists and crew run through the show one last time, the Opéra de Montréal shares all the excitement of the moment with their most demanding spectators: young people.

All dress rehearsals start at 7 pm.
CONDITIONS
Our student general rehearsals attract more and more students each year who are discovering the magic of opera. To accommodate this growing demand, we will now allow only one general rehearsal per class, per season.
- Students aged 5 to 17 enrolled in music or arts programs ONLY.
- Maximum of 2 MUSIC/ARTS classes (36 students per class) per school.
- Elementary level: 1 accompanying adult for every 8 students.
- High school level: 1 accompanying adult for every 15 students.
- Limited spots available — first come, first served.
- Schools that do not honour their reservations will no longer be invited to future open general rehearsals.
