Why do I need to change my password?

When you make your next ticket purchase, you will be guided through the steps needed to use your new customer account. The password change is part of the normal process of resetting your account.

Is it safe to record my credit card number in my account?

All operations conducted on the Opéra de Montréal transactional site are protected by a configuration that meets the highest security standards.

What is Opéra de MOntréal account?

The Opéra de Montréal account is an extension to the box office available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. By logging in or creating an account, you will have access to a number of available features and benefits as a season ticket holder

How do I update my personal profile?

Login to Place des Arts AccountManager and select "edit my profile". From there, you'll be able to update your account information

How to print tickets

  • Select an event in the calendar.

  • Select 'Print-at-home' on the left and elect seats that you wish to print. Click 'Print' on the right corner then.

  • Once satisfied, click 'Continue to print' to proceed into the print process.

  • On the confirmation page, agree to the term of use and click the 'Submit' button. Your tickets will open as a PDF file an may be printed on any standard printer. All you need is Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 or higher (free).

Note: Once you click the 'print' button, the downloaded tickets will be required for entry to the event. You cannot use any tickets that may have been previously issued or printed.

How may times can i download and print tickets for the same seat?

You can download and print tickets as many times as you wish. Nevertheless, the last ticket version is valid.

Why are some tickets not available for printing?

Certain tickets may not allow you to print for various reasons which may include, but are not limited to:

  • The event has passed or it is less than 2 hours before the event.

  • Only barcoded tickets can be printed

  • The tickets have not been paid for.

  • Tickets are not available for printing due to certain venue or event policies.

Why don't I see my tickets downloading when I click the Download noW button?

Please check your browser's security settings to make sure you have enabled 'File Downloads'.

How does the e-ticket work?

The E-Ticket allows you to print your tickets right away. A PDF file will render the tickets and you can either print them now or later. All you need is Adobe Acrobat  (free). Bring the E-ticket at the event, your tickets will be scanned and you'll be admitted.

What are the benefits of using e-tickets?

It's convenient and free!

  • The E-Ticket allows you to get your tickets right away with no will call lines or mail delivery to wait for.

  • Print them at your convenience using any standard ink-jet or laser printer.

Will this ticket be accepted the event?

Yes. The ticket that comes out of your printer is a valid, legitimate ticket. Make sure you keep it in a safe place like you would with cash.

What if I print more than one copy of my ticket or a photocopy is made?

Only the first scan of the barcode on your ticket will be allowed entry. Make sure you keep it in a safe like you would with cash. If more than one copy were to arrive, the barcode scanner will alert the attendant that the ticket has already been scanned. If there is a dispute, the purchaser's name and the last four-digits of the credit card used to make the purchase is on each ticket will be notified to the Box Office.

What if I cannot print my tickets?

If you are having difficulties printing your tickets, here are some tips to help you get your tickets printed.

  • Check to make sure you have Adobe Acrobat. If you don't have it, download it, it's free!

  • Make sure your printer is on and the cables are connected to your computer or network.

  • Make sure your printer has enough memory available, try closing any unnecessary programs.
