He has left his mark on the Quebec avant-garde theatre and dance scenes with over one hundred set designs since 1988, including La mouette (The Seagull) by Anton Chekhov, directed by Yves Desgagnés (Théâtre du Nouveau Monde, 2006); Oncle Vania (Uncle Vanya) by Chekhov, again directed by Yves Desgagnés (Compagnie Jean Duceppe, 2006); and Homer’s L'Odyssée (The Odyssey), to a text by Alexis Martin and Dominic Champagne, directed by Dominic Champagne (Théâtre il va sans dire and Théâtre du Nouveau du Monde, 2000). He has also worked with Cirque du Soleil since 1999, designing the sets for five shows: Varekai, Koozå, Zumanity, Zarkana, and Dralion.
