Scott Brooks holds a Bachelor’s degree in Opera from the University of British Columbia and a Doctorate in English Literature from the University of St. Andrews. He made his Opéra de Montréal debut as the Duke of Verona in Roméo et Juliette. In 2018-2019, he sings Monterone in Rigoletto, Man in the Bar in Champion, and Man Ray in Twenty-Seven. He is also a soloist in Broadway Evening (Aramusique), Dvorak’s Mass in D Major (Chœur Métropolitain) and in Rossini’s La scala di seta (Orchestre symphonique de la Vallée-du-Haut-Saint-Laurent). This is Scott’s second season at the Atelier lyrique.
