Adapted performances for blind and visually impaired audiences

The Opéra de Montréal is proud to make opera accessible to everyone by offering adapted performances for blind or visually impaired individuals. For the 24-25 season, our four productions will include performances with live audio description, in collaboration with Connec-T. This program allows these audiences to fully appreciate the performances through live audio descriptions, providing an enriched experience.

Capacity
Each performance offers 20 dedicated spots: 10 for blind individuals and 10 for their companions.

Pricing
Tickets are available at $50. Your companion receives a free ticket with the presentation of the CAL card.* You can obtain this card free of charge.

COMPANION LEISURE CARD (cal)

The Opéra de Montréal is proud to take part to the CAL program - Laissez-passer loisir pour mon accompagnateur. Upon presentation of the Companion Leisure Card (CAL), the person with a disability pays the cost of admission and the accompanying person receives free admission.
