Biography

Paul Nadler is an exciting and highly respected symphonic and operatic conductor who has led the Metropolitan Opera in over 60 performances since his debut in 1989. In addition to being Conductor Emeritus of the Southwest Florida Symphony Orchestra, which he headed for 16 years, and Principal Guest Conductor of the Filarmonica de Stat “Moldova” Iasi (Romania), he has conducted opera performances and led symphony orchestras throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Last season he was in Beijing for concerts with the NCPA Orchestra and in Florida for Tosca. This season, he returned to the Met for Die Fledermaus and Rusalka. Last company production: Le Gala (2012).
