Maxime completed two Masters’ degrees at the University of Montreal and at McGill University, under the successive tutelage of Maneli Pirzadeh and Michael McMahon. He was an intern at the Franz-Schubert Institut in Austria. His previous engagements include a position as a rehearsal pianist at the Canadian Vocal Arts Institute, recitals in Gatineau, and work with the Jeunes ambassadeurs lyriques. Last season, he participated in the tour of Les Amoureux célèbres, in the musical preparation for Zémire et Azor and Une soirée à l’opérette. In 2015-2016, Maxime is an assistant repetiteur at Opéra de Montréal (chorus of Elektra and Otello), L’elisir d’amore (Lanaudière Sinfonia ), and Trilogie de la seduction (McGill Chamber Orchestra ). He will play for many Atelier concerts, such as Les écrivains et l’opéra, Du cinéma à l’opéra and Poètes et musiciens.
